I know few colleges in Maharashtra where you can use management quota to get admission. This includes MIT Pune, PICT Pune and VIT Pune. I am not sure but I had heard of my relatives and friends getting into these colleges using management quota. For CSE, you can try for PICT, since its CSE placements are good enough.
