Your question seems to be a bit vague as it does not mention your home state, category, marks, etc.

And you also did not mention as to which route you wnat to opt for (like NEET-UG or State Exams)

2 Round Registration of Ayush Admission based on NEET Score has commenced on July 24, 2019 

And still if you feel that you may miss out then you can wait till the Mop-up rounds as the seats that are left vacant after the second round of NEET 2019 counselling will be included in the Mop-up round. 

But there is one condition that Mop-up rounds are only for Central/Deemed University/ ESIC.
