Cane students of other states of Indian nationality apply for the Uttarakhand B.Tech Admission Process if appeared in JEE Main 2018 Exam?

Hey,

After clearing JEE-Mains, you can apply to any engineering college which accepts JEE-Main score. So, you can take admission in any part of the country which widely accepts JEE examination score.
 
But, if admission process is going on in Uttrakhand's college, then there are possibilities that college might be offering state quota reservation. Which means students passing 12th Class from Uttrakhand are only eligible for state quota reservation. So, students from Uttrakhand will be given as first preference during the admission process. Also, for state quota, cut-offs are little less as compared to All India category.
