I think it should be (CH3)3CHO and not (CH3)3CHOH because it would have an extra hydrogen . Incase I am right then to convert CH3OH to (CH3)3CHO you can use sodium dichromate in presence of oxygen . This is the equation you can follow:
4CH3OH- [o] NA2Cr2O7 -(CH3)3CHO+3H2O
