Its very difficult to give both the exams at a same time.So according to priority you should first give Physical Education paper because if you dont give that then it will treated as absent and will be highlighted in your 12th marksheet. So I think you should go for PE paper.

Other thing you need to do is mail from you email id to respected boards about this problem. hope they can revert the dates of it.

As I see gujcet exam will be on 23 rd April 2019.

And this date is official date declared .

So don't worry you will not get clashed any of the exam with some other exam
