Hello Abhishek,

If the photo background in your CBSE private exam application form is not changing, there could be a few possible issues. Here's what to check:

  1. File Format and Size Requirements: Ensure the photo you're uploading meets the format and size specifications. CBSE typically has strict requirements for photo dimensions, file format (JPEG/JPG), and size (often under a certain KB limit). If the image does not conform to these, it might not upload correctly.

  2. Browser Compatibility: Sometimes, certain browsers may have issues with forms or file uploads. Try using a different browser (such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) to see if the issue persists.

  3. Cache or Cookies: The browser cache or cookies might be causing the issue. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try uploading the photo again.

  4. Server Issue: If the CBSE server is experiencing high traffic or technical difficulties, changes might not be reflected immediately. Try again after some time.

  5. Editing Tools: If you've edited the background and the file is not uploading, make sure that the editing process didn’t corrupt the image file. Try saving the image in a different editor and re-uploading.

  6. Form Rules: Some forms have restrictions on changing certain details after submission or on repeated uploads. Double-check if there are any specific rules for the background or re-uploading images.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to CBSE's official helpline or technical support to get further guidance.

Hope it helps !

Hello,

In case the background of the photograph attached by you with your private form is not edited or otherwise does not fulfill the photo background requirements listed, you may have some issue while submitting it. Quite often, CBSE is likely to give adequate detail on the specifics and requirements regarding photos like the background color, size, and format. Even though the background is not compliant-for example, rather than being white or pale-it might have a potential for your application to be flagged or possibly rejected because the photo needs to be clear for identification.

This can be prevented by referring to the official guidelines published on the CBSE website. If photo background is wrong, then possibly re-upload a new one which satisfies the requirements before submitting. But if submitted, then meet with CBSE or get in touch with your school authority to see if corrections can be made within the timeframe provided. Slight mistakes like this can normally be rectified through good communication.
