The following certificates are required for the NEET UG counselling 2019 in Karnataka State.

1. Application form printout

2. Admit card for NEEt 2019

3. Two or more passport sized photographs (recent)

4. Secondary school certificate

5. Class 12 marksheet.

6. Bank challan copy.

7. Any other certificates like the caste certificate and caste validity certificate.
