HELLO FRIEND,

Both are great according to a person's interest...

which is if you have passion about subjects that are included more in biotecnology then select that 

same goes with chemical engineering i.e. if you have the subject you intrested in the syllabus here then select chemical engineering .

If you follow your passion then you will definetly get results and reach your destination.

these are two different sectors so please check for your interests and select .

College wise both are good and well reputed .
