if you are talking about Chaitanya Engineering College Vishakhapatnam, then yes JEE Main scores are accepted but 80% of the admission seats are reserved for candidates qualifying through EAMCET (college entrance test), 15% is reserved for NRIs and only 5% are National Integrated Quota (which is admission through JEE Mains). So, yes they accept JEE scores, but chances of admission are very low because only 5% of seats are available for students applying through JEE Mains score.

For admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering (B.Tech), aspiring students have to qualify in the State-Level Entrance Test- Engineering, Agricultural Sciences And Medical Common Entrance Test ( AP EAMCET ), conducted by the Govt. Of Andhra Pradesh.It doesnot take admission through JEE main scores.
