No, 16000 is not a perfect square. This can be verified by taking the prime factorisation of the number 16000.

The prime factorisation gives 16000 = 2*2*2*2*(2*5)*(2*5)*(2*5).

Hence 16000 = (2^7)*(5^3). Hence it cannot be said to a perfect square. The actual square root, by using calculator can be verified to be 126.4911
