Both the branches are equally good but as per my opinion B.Arch is now growing and need of highly good architect is needed nowadays. So if your jee paper 2 was quite good for nit trichy go for it. 

If you get chemical engineering in NIT trichy that's also good you'll get it by scoring in jee paper 1 it also have good scope now.

Choose according to you interest.
