Chemistry- Coordination Compounds Why is [Co (Nh3)4 Cl2] Cl diamagnetic?

Hi,

[Co (Nh3)4 Cl2] Cl is Tetraaminedichlorocobalt(III)chloride is paramagnetic in nature because we get d2sp3 as its structure and it has 3 unpaired electrons. So, it is considered as paramagnetic.

same question asked in jee advanced 2016 Paper 1 , and according to the module it is diamagnetic not paramagnetic ,
