you can access google meet from your pc and there is no downloading of apps. I am telling you for windows 7 pc. see to use google meet you need to have an google or gmail account, from you browser you need to login to your google account. then in another webpage you just type google meet, then you will move to google meet page, here you need to give a meeting ID, then enable the access of webcam on computer when the meeting has started.
