Civil engineering branch in Alva's engineering college and technology is good?? Is hostels are clean ? How about food??

Yes Alva engineering college is good . There is experienced faculty and staff . Placements are good.
Infrastructure is awesome . There is a play ground, library and hostel facility . Hostel is good and clean .
Hostel room is provided with limited members. Food is very tasty and healthy .
