Yes, Madhya Pradesh board has announced about the change of syllabus of class +2. There will be change in the syllabus of class 11th and 12th students so you won't have previous year syllabus. If the College is autonomous then the syllabus will be different from govenment syllabus. They will have their own syllabus prepared. But if the college is private or govenment then yes the syllabus has changed
