If you want to read Class 11th hindi book for checking syllabus you can go to NCERT website. On its homepage you will find options to select class where you will select 11th. Then you will have to select subject - select hindi. At last it will ask for title of the book, since you have not mentioned please check and select the title of the book which you want to read.

Click on go and it will show chapter wise list but since you want to check syllabus only you can select the prelims option, you will have to open the pdf and then you can finally read the syllabus.
