Some of the subjects which fall within Class 6 NCERT curriculum include Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, and English. Here is an elaboration of what these entail briefly:

Mathematics: Observe and know numbers, basic operations which are addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry in shapes and angles, and data handling.

Science: Food, materials, world of living beings, motion, and simple machines. Introduces basic scientific methods and concepts.

Social Science: It includes History (our past, early societies), Geography (our environment, maps), and Political Science (understanding government and rights).

English : It deals with reading and writing skills with grammar and vocabulary expansion through numerous texts and poems.

Hindi: It focuses on reading and writing with grammatical skills through interesting stories and poems.
