clat counseling fees not refunded yet.why?

Hello student If candidates do not get a seat even in the third allotment round then the CLAT consortium will refund Rs 50,000 to them. If candidates are found ineligible during document verification then their admission will be cancelled. Such candidates will get refund Rs 40,000 after deduction of processing charges.
