Hello Prachi,
The cut-off for this year has not been officially declared by NLUs yet, however predictions have been made based on previous years' cut-off trends.

With a rank of 2429, you have quite low chances of getting admission in an NLUs because the cut-off is most likely to end below 500-600 rank for LLM.

If you consider the previous years' cut-offs, then you will know that the lowest rank was around 470-490 among all the NLUs  and the cut-off is not expected to deviate much from this.
I would suggest that you also try for private colleges as you have great chances there but also keep an eye for NLUs cut-off.
