You got 4249 rank as your cml rank & 781 as your female cml rank.

Now, see, your rank is quite descent. One should have a rank less than 5000 to get a government seat in the government polytechnic colleges. So, with 4249 rank you may get a govt seat easily. With less than 2.5k-3k rank, one can get the top level govt colleges.
