Yes College of Teacher Education in Dhakuakhana is a pretty decent college to pursue B.ed. It is affiliated to Dibrugarh University. There is not much information about the quality of studies there, but you anyway have to study on your own at the end. Moreover B.ed is not too difficult a course and it is just an eligibility to teach. You do not have to bother much about your marks.
