As per your concern I am giving you a list of colleges/Universities in india which takes admission for MTech course without GATE score they have their own entrance exam:

IIIT Hyderabad (exam: PGEE).
IIIT Delhi (exam: IIIT Delhi MTech entrance exam).
IIIT Bhubaneswar ( exam: IIIT Bhubaneswar MTech entrance exam).
GGSIPU (exam: IPU CET).
VIT University (VITMEE).
SRM university (SRMGEET).
JNU (exam: JJNUCEEB, Etc.
