These are product based companies which comes to top most IITs and NITs of a country. They don't direct recuit candidate directly. Yes there are direct entries also but they hire generally by internship modes.

These companies go to IIT such as IIT Delhi, Madras, Bombay for internship, after observing interns for 1-2 months they hire interns.

These are top most companies not even go to top most private institutions many times.

the Apple company generally do not recruit from India as they recruit for their employees from various institutes like Stanford University ,ucla etc. But in 2017 it did come for recruitment purpose in  IIT Hyderabad. Wild Samsung company recruit from top IIT, NIT and the BITS college.
