Usually for B PHARMA you will have to at least qualify some entrance test. There can be some below average colleges , that can give you admission by considering your 12 marks and will charge a more money. If you want to go for such stuffs , you can go but I don't think this will help you grow in your career.

So its better to prepare and qualify a Entrance exam and then get admitted according to the rank.
