It not possible at this point of time to get admission in any government college to get admission into BVSc programm
In order to be part of  government colleges, you needed to secure a much better quota or category rank. This is because the number of seats are extremely limited. The seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. Infact, the number of seats for Veterinary Sciences in government colleges in the entire state of UP is less than even 500. Similarly, the number of reservation seats for every category is therefore also limited. So I hope you understand the gravity of the situation that you are in right now.

You may very very slim chances but still I can't be sure about it right now.
