CS and IT are two of the best branches of engineering in any college in India. Same goes with the colleges of Karnataka which admit under comedk. I would still say RV and Ramaiah to be best along with Dayanand Sagar. I have not personally visited each college and it's almost impractical for a single person to know about CS Dept of all the colleges.
