Comedk pays back the money taken for counselling incase you surrender your seat (that you got0 or incase you were not allotted any seat in the comedk counselling.
As far as application for comedk exam is concerned, they will not refund the money for application to comedk. If you have made the payment for the exam but it is showing 'payment not completed' it might be due to a glitch and it generally gets resolved in a few days hence I will ask you to recheck the payment status.
