Hello aspirant,

Students must enroll in a B.Tech degree program from an accredited university in order to be admitted to MTech degree programs. Each applicant must meet the requirements set forth by the government in order to ensure that only the brightest and most deserving students are admitted into engineering universities to study their Master of Technology. The requirements for M.Tech eligibility may change from one institute to another.

So a Commerce student can not do M.tech.
