hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that their is no comparison in bams and bsc agriculture , both are very good in their own fields . If you want to go in research field then you can for msc after bsc agriculutre whereas if you want some internship and job in hospital then you can go for long duration 5 year bachelors in ayurvedic medical science course which is also very very high in demand now a days
