As per your query, you can apply for OBC NCL category in NEET PG if you have valid documents and certificate for the same to be shown during counselling .

You have to register yourself for the respective category during registration of NEET PG.

If you are asking whether, during correction window , you could change your category or not then it is not possible . You will have to register again with new e-mail and mobile number and register for the same. Also you will have to do the payment again .
