Please go to the official of MCI and apply for registration. Here are the steps:-

1. You have to apply by filling up a online application form.
2. You have to send xerox copy of your original  documents to the MCI office through speed post. Time duration is within 6 months from the date of application.

Make sure email address and number given correct as you will get all your credential details through them. You can use it check your e-certificate from official webpage of MCI. You can take printout of it for your reference/showcase purpose.
