IIT and NIT both are prestigious college for computer science . The company  visiting for placement in IIT they are also visiting NITs also but always try get Old IIT rather than prefeeing new IIT is better to prefer good NIT because you will get good exposure and opportunity  .There some private college also better than some IITs like IIIT Hyderabad ,BITS Pilani and many more .But if highly motivated for computer then I must suggest to go  IIIT Hyderabad because it has has great opportunity for computer science student
