In general eligibility criteria for BCA is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% or above having Maths as compulsory subject(this may also vary depending on the norms of concerned university as some allow people from all streams having English with relevant aggregate to be eligible for BCA). Total fee is different for government and private universities as the former charge less compared to the latter.
