Thanks mam. I passed the nios exam this year (2016) and I haven't used a single attempt, not even registered for jee earlier. I am only 21 years old. Don't I have three attempts due to nios certificate ? Can I also appear in UPSEE ? Is there any way I can study at IIT BHU ? (It is only 60 - 70 km from my house:) ) Thanks a lot.
