This is the first year under which AYUSH courses come under NEET. Therefore, this year will be the first time admissions to BAMS will take place through NEET. However, there is no previous data available to base our assumptions for cut offs. That said, 330 marks should be enough to get into BAMS course. I hope you find this helpful. All the very best!
