There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly. So it is preferable to take in colour one.

Please make sure that all the documents need for the examination is kept ready a day before examination.

There is nowhere specifically written to bring the color or black and white admit card at the examination center, neither in the brochure of need nor at the website of CBSE. So in my opinion, the one should go for the black and white admit card to the exam center.
