Sorry to say but that is not possible. In every registration it is clearly mentioned to register with Mobile number Or the mail Id which is always available with you.

These details makes you register on the exam platform. Mobile number, Name, Email Id are few things you can't change once the form is submitted.

But still if you want to try, then message the exam body on the contact us information provided by them. They will surely help you if there is a provision for change of mobile number. As far as I Know you can't.

Correction window is available for TS EAMCET 2021 application form but only limited details can be edited such as Educational Details, Communication Details etc. You cannot edit or modify the phone number voluntarily but you need to send an email helpdesktseamcet@gmail.com (mailto:helpdesktseamcet@gmail.com) request to change the registered phone number. You need to send the Email from the registered Email ID, you have to mention the phone number that you want to replace it with the already registered phone number.
