We could help you in a more wider way  if you are specific about the course, region and other facilities. When it comes to B.Tech / B.E IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) are the best colleges. Apart from this VIT, BITS, SRM and etc. In medical domain obviously it is AIIMS college. I am not sure about colleges in abroad countries but one of the best collage is Harvard University.
