Hello aspirant,

Coursera, Edx and Internshala all the three are very good website but you should go for Edx or Internshala for certification purpose as they charge you money for it and thus have more value than others. At Coursera and Edx there are free courses so everyone can get certified so it has little low value and if you want to get really a professional certification then you should go for udacity or nptel. The value of their certificate is very very high.
