Dear Indu, OCI candidates are eligible for All India 15% Quota. The Medical Council of India (MCI) has informed the Supreme Court that the definition of NRIs, OCIs and PIOs with regard to admissions and reservations through NEET is determined by various state Governments as per their own laws. And the Govt. of Karnataka refused to allot State eligibility Quota to OCI candidates. So atleast as per the latest news, OCI candidates are only eligible for All India 15% Quota.
