According to previous year's patterns and the JEE MAIN cut off this year, I'm afraid to tell you that your prospects of getting into NITs, GFTIs, and IITs are nearly non-existent. If you are young and fall into the SC or ST category, you may have a chance. You can, however, seek help from state-level counsellors and private colleges. One thing to keep in mind is that entrance to the above-mentioned categories is entirely dependent on the category rank, not the overall rank.

This is because,

Irrespective of your rank / percentile in jee main , you can participate in jossa counselling. Qualifying jee main cut off percentile is only mandatory to be eligible for jee advanced.

but yes,

with your rank getting a seat in josaa is very low because through jee main, admission in josaa is provided in nits, iiits, gftis and with your rank chances are extremely low for these.
