Hello Bishal!
YES! You may get CFTIs/GFTIs easily. The cutoff for CFTIs like
TEZPUR UNIVERSITY
GGU BILASPUR
GKV HARIDWAR
was much lower. If seats remain vacant and special round is conducted like last year by CSAB then you must participate in it as the cutoff drastically falls down in spot rounds.
