Well no doubt, this award goes to IITs, and that too Bombay, Madaras, Delhi, and Kanpur top.

Apart from this, there are several private colleges such as BIT, BITS, VIT, KITEE, SNU, etc..

Several NITs also come in the list, such as NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Rourkela, NIT Suratkal, etc..

You may consider some IIITs too, but they are asscosciated with IT branch and not CSE. Some examples are, IIITM, IIIT Bangalore.
