thanks for asking your query ,if you would not get seat in csab jee mains then the money you paid for locking the seat would be returned not the counselling fee of csab.

Hello,

If you do not get a seat through CSAB special round, then the fees you paid at the time of registration would be refunded to the bank account you gave in registration form, after deduction of registration fee and other charges as applicable.

Deduction may 5000 katay gay yeha phir 1500 agar seat nahi Mili round 2 may.
