There is not any kind of rule for kashmiri migrant.Everyone can participate in CSAB special round .But if you are declared ineligible in JoSAA counselling ,then you are not eligible for CSAB also.Otherwise everyone can participate. This round is held to fill the vacant seats of all NITs and GFTIs.

But bhai mn to eligible hua jossa k liye b ...csab( neut ) ki registration mn jb application no dlta hu dikhata hai invaild ab kya kro 1 he din bacha hai kl csab NEUT ki registration bnd hogi
