Hello Aspirant,

As we know that CSAB has released it's schedule for special round counselling for vacant seats in engineering institutions so according to that schedule the Registration process, Payment of Participation/Processing Fee and Choice Filling ENDS on 11:59 PM on November 19th. Means before the deadline you have to make your application form complete ad should submit it.
