Hope you are doing well. All NIT's have equal importance when regarded to placements and scope. Above that getting a seat for CSE in any of the NIT can be considered as an achievement. All the NIT's that you have mentioned in your question are good regarding placements and facilities. But among these the most popular and most heard NIT is NIT Bhubaneshwar and NIT Indore. But there is nothing that going to NIT Gandhinagar will be waste. It all depends on your interest whether you want to go for which city and NIT. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
