Hello Ankit,
Both colleges are best in their ways but I'll suggest you to always give priority to your subject rather than that of college. So, in my opinion you should go for CSE in NSIT rather than opting ECE in DSU.
CSE has much greater and broad scope in comparison to that of ECE.
