First of all AI and ML is artificial intelligence and Machin learning which is a specialisation under computer science and engineering branch. So, by default you can judge that any specialization would benefit you more than simple CSE. If you are interested in any such field than you can go for it. It will just enhance your learning and skill. There are some other specialisations like cloud computing, ethical hacking, internet of things.
