If you want to be a finance manager,

Firstly, you must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or any other comparable discipline.

Experience of more than 5 years is required after your Bachelor's degree. And, then what you need is a Master's degree in same discipline or in economics, business administration or finance is ideal. 

Obtain atleast a professional certification like Chartered Financial Analyst. This certification has all through 3 exams which can take anyway from 18 months to 4 years to clear those exams.

After all, you must be having a key skillset including detail oriented, analytical, strong communication skills and excellent mathematics skills.

Hi, You will have to do your graduation in finance so you can pursue MBA in finance specialization.
Also you can further give various management entrances exam like CAT, MAT, XAT etc to do MBA in finance and therefore you specialize in it.
